The owner of the website pureophelia.com is the company ALTRACONSULENZA SNC with registered office in Via Manzoni 8 – 41012 Carpi (MO) Italy. P.IVA/C.F. 028810404360 hereinafter referred to as Responsible.

Object of data processing

The data being processed are as follows:

- personal info (email, password, first name, last name, address, country of residence or domicile, profile photo, phone number, etc.). This data is collected at the time of registration;

- transactions relating to the subject matter of the site (orders, claims, correspondence with our Office, trace deliveries etc.);

- bank account and paypal. This data is collected when the user buys or sells a product;

- connection data (IP address) and navigation if authorized user. The latter is automatically collected by the actions made during navigation by the user. See below cookies.

The pureophelia.com site uses cookies to improve its efficiency. Cookies are data files that are stored on the computer's hard disk when the user browse on the Internet. Cookies do not collect personal information about the user but only its browsing habits in order for example to present on subsequent logons, the pages consulted earlier.

The user may refuse cookies and in this case the potential of navigation become smaller. Cookies are not automatically installed as default.

Recipients of the data

Recipients of the data are the Responsible and any of its employees or contractors.

The Responsible does not sell or rent personal data of users to third parties to use for marketing purposes unless a request and subsequent formal consent of the user.

Purpose of data processing

Information provided by the user to the Responsible is in order to:

- allow the provision of its intermediary services in sale

- resolve problems or disputes

- promote initiatives related to sales on its site

- ensuring compliance with the rules and possibly investigate any prohibited or unlawful activity carried on through its website.

User's rights

The user has the right at any time to access their personal information and request correction or deletion.

This right may be exercised by sending a signed request by email at info@pureophelia.com and attaching its own identity document.

Alternatively the user can send the request by mail to the office of the Responsable.
